New Issue: UBS prices $281,000 trigger performance securities on Energy Select ETF

Madison, Wis., March 24 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $281,000 of 0% trigger performance securities due March 31, 2020 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 134.16% of the fund return.

If the fund return is zero or negative and the final level is greater than or equal to the trigger level, 79% of the initial level, the payout will be par.

If the final level is less than the trigger level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline in the fund from its initial level.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
