Urban One issues call for $2.04 million 9¼% notes at par after tender

Chicago, Jan. 17 – Urban One, Inc. said it issued a redemption notice for its $2,037,000 of outstanding 9¼% senior subordinated notes due 2020.
The notes will be called on Feb. 15 at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date, according to a company announcement.
As reported, the company took in tenders for $213,255,000 of the notes in the offer that ended at 11:59 p.m. ET on Jan. 3.
Holders received $1,010 per $1,000 in principal amount of notes.
Urban One, formerly known as Radio One, Inc., is a Washington, D.C.-based urban-oriented multimedia company.
