Chile’s AES Gener calls $118.66 million 5¼% notes due 2021

Los Angeles, Oct. 8 – AES Gener SA issued a notice of redemption for its 5¼% senior notes due 2021.

The company will redeem all $118.66 million of the outstanding notes on Nov. 7, according to the notice.

The notes will be redeemed at a make-whole price discounted at Treasuries plus 37.5 basis points, plus accrued interest.

DB Services Americas, Inc. is the paying agent.

AES is an electrical distributor based in Santiago, Chile.
