Solor Bioenergi gets votes to amend senior secured bonds due 2017

Madison, Wis., July 2 – Solor Bioenergi Holding AS bondholders unanimously approved the amendments proposed at a bondholder meeting, according to a notice from trustee Nordic Trustee ASA.

Solor summoned the meeting on June 18 to seek changes to its senior secured bonds, issue 2012/2017.

There were sufficient bondholders at the meeting to form a quorum, and the proposed resolution obtained 100% of the votes.

As a result, the bond agreement will be amended.

The Stockholm-based Solor Bioenergy group provides wood-based energy services in Sweden and Norway.
