Brazil's Vigor announces call for all $100 million 9¼% step-up notes

Kansas City, Kan., July 20 - SA Fabrica de Produtos Alimenticios Vigor will redeem all of its $100 million 9¼% step-up notes due 2017, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The notes will be redeemed on Aug. 23.

Holders must surrender their notes to the London office of Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd., the principal paying agent, or the New York office of Bank of New York Mellon, the paying agent.

Sao Paulo, Brazil-based Vigor is a conglomerate in the dairy and vegetable oil products segments.
