S&P affirms Trilogy International

Standard & Poor’s said it affirmed its B- corporate credit rating on Trilogy International Partners LLC and affirmed the CCC rating on the company’s senior secured notes due 2016, which is two notches below the corporate credit rating.

The outlook remains stable.

“Our ratings on Trilogy reflect the company’s small scale amid a very competitive environment, some geographic diversity, and weak operating efficiency with margins below those of its peers,” said S&P credit analyst Marcela Duenas in a news release.
