S&P drops Titan outlook to negative

Standard & Poor's said it revised its rating outlook on Titan International Inc. to negative from stable.

The agency said it affirmed all existing ratings on the company, including its B+ corporate credit rating.

"The negative outlook revision reflects our concerns that weakened operating performance and higher debt levels will result in weak credit metrics in the near term," said credit analyst Robyn Shapiro.
