Seven Sticks CLO directed to redeem all classes of secured notes

Olympia, Wash., June 20 – Seven Sticks CLO Ltd./Seven Sticks CLO LLC received written direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem all classes of secured notes, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed in full on the payment date in July using refinancing and/or sale proceeds.

Holders of the class A-1, A-2, B, C and D notes, as well as the subordinated notes, were notified.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
