Smurfit Kappa calls €200 million, $300 million senior notes due 2018

Minneapolis, May 15 – Smurfit Kappa Acquisitions Unltd. Co. called its €200 million 5 1/8% senior secured notes due 2018 and $300 million 4 7/8% senior secured due 2018, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on June 15.

Deutsche Trustee Co. Ltd. is the trustee.
