Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 15 - Sun Sports and Entertainment, Inc. said it arranged a $5 million private placement of shares with the Gordon V. and Helen C. Smith Foundation.
The company will sell 5 million common shares at $1.00 apiece.
Proceeds will be used for expansion strategies.
Based in Dallas, Sun is a professional mixed martial arts event promotion company.
