St. Joe files automatic shelf registration

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 25 - The St. Joe Co. filed an automatic shelf registration in an S-3ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Securities covered under the registration include senior debt securities, subordinated debt securities, purchase contracts, units, preferred stock and common stock.

Based in Jacksonville, Fla., St. Joe is a real estate operating company engaged in town and resort development, commercial and industrial development and land sales.
