State Capital Statutory Trust I calls $3.09 million 10.6% securities

San Diego, Feb. 25 - State Capital Statutory Trust I is calling for full redemption its $3 million of 10.6% capital securities due Sept. 7, 2030 and its $93,000 of 10.6% common securities due Sept. 7, 2030, according to an announcement.

The company said it will redeem the securities on March 7 at a redemption price of 105.3.

The paying agent is U.S. Bank NA, St. Paul office (651 973-5800).
