Spherix registers $10 million common stock for public sale of units

Bookrunner Rodman & Renshaw is selling units of shares with warrants

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 22 – Spherix Inc. will price a public offering of units, according to a Form S-1 filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company has registered up to $10 million of stock for the deal.

The units will consist of common shares and warrants.

Rodman & Renshaw is the bookrunner.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Located in Bethesda, Md., Spherix offers information technology, knowledge management and biotechnology.
