New Issue: JPMorgan prices $998,000 6% autocallable yield notes linked to Russell, S&P ETF
Chicago, Sept. 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $998,000 of autocallable yield notes due Sept. 5, 2025 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 6%, paid quarterly.
The securities will be called automatically starting Aug. 31, 2023 at par and on any subsequent quarterly review date if the closing level of each asset closes above its initial level.
If the worst performing asset ends above its 50% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
