Morgan Stanley to price enhanced trigger jump notes tied to S&P 500

Chicago, Jan. 10 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due April 16, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its 80% threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus the upside return of 10% of par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses in the index.

The final value will be determined by averaging the closing prices on the five market days ending April 13, 2020.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as placement agents.

The notes will price on Jan 11 and settle on Jan 16.

The Cusip number is 61768DYH2.
