New Issue: Barclays sells $1.53 million buffered digital notes on S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., April 11 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.53 million of 0% buffered digital notes due March 29, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is at least negative 10%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital percentage of 9%.

If the index return is less than negative 10%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

Barclays is the agent.
