New Issue: Barclays sells $1.43 million buffered digital notes due 2020 tied to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 27 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.43 million of 0% buffered digital notes due Aug. 27, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes above the 85% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital return of 19%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond the buffer.
