New Issue: Citigroup prices $4.84 million market-linked notes tied to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., March 7 – Citigroup Inc. priced $4.84 million of 0% market-linked notes due Sept. 1, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, up to a maximum return of 100%.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as a dealer.
