Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 21 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $3.61 million of 0% jump securities due Jan. 19, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the upside payment of 21.5%.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
