JPMorgan plans uncapped buffered equity notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Sept. 25 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price uncapped buffered equity notes due Oct. 30, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to the 20% to 23% buffer and will be exposed to any loses beyond the buffer. The exact buffer will be set at pricing.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Oct. 27 and settle on Sept. 30.

The Cusip number is 48125U5U2.
