San Diego, Dec. 27 - Morgan Stanley priced $580,000 of 0% equity-linked notes due Dec. 28, 2016 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, subject to a minimum payment of $1,100 per $1,000 principal amount.
