New York, Feb. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.97 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due Feb. 15, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 10.25% per year, paid quarterly if the index closes at or above its 80% trigger level on the related valuation date, plus any previously unpaid coupons.
The securities will be called automatically at par if the index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly valuation date.
At maturity, the payout will be par if the index finishes at or above its 80% trigger level. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
