New Issue: JPMorgan prices $245,000 6% autocallable yield notes linked to S&P

Chicago, Feb. 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $245,000 of autocallable yield notes due Feb. 1, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 6%, paid monthly.

The securities will be called automatically at par starting Oct. 31, 2022 and on any subsequent monthly review date if the index closes above its initial level.

If the index gains or ends above its 70% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines if it finishes below its downside threshold level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
