Credit Suisse plans to price CS notes on S&P 500

New York, Jan. 12 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% CS notes due Jan. 31, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the return subject to an expected maximum return of par plus 21%. The exact maximum return will be set at pricing.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Jan. 26 and settle on Jan. 31.
The Cusip number is 22553QPY7.
