Buffalo, N.Y., March 31 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.32 million of 0% autocallable securities due March 30, 2028 tied to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If index closes at or above its initial level on any annual valuation date, the notes will be called at par plus a premium of 7.45% per year.
If index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 44.7%.
If the index declines up to 5%, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index beyond 5%.
