New Issue: UBS prices $7.73 million capped leveraged notes on S&P 500

Chicago, Jan. 12 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $7.73 million of 0% capped leveraged notes due Jan. 11, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,254.70 per $1,000 of notes.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
