New Issue: Siam Commercial Bank sells $400 million 3.9% notes due 2016 at Treasuries plus 205 bps

Atlanta, May 6 - Thailand's Siam Commercial Bank PCL sold $400 million 3.9% notes due Nov. 14, 2016 at 99.769 to yield Treasuries plus 205 basis points, a market source said.

Barclays Capital and Deutsche Bank were the bookrunners for the Regulation S notes.

Siam Commercial Bank is based in Bangkok.
