Scooter Store posts negative $1.82 million of adjusted EBITDA for July

Wilmington, Del., Aug. 16 - Scooter Store Holdings, Inc. posted negative adjusted EBITDA of $1.82 million for July on net sales of $1.61 million, according to the company's monthly operating report filed Aug. 16 with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Those figures compare to negative $3.19 million of adjusted EBITDA for June on $1.54 million of net sales.

The operating loss for July was $4.44 million, compared to $3.53 million in June.

The July net loss was $3.14 million, down from $4.36 million in June.

The company also reported cash and cash equivalents of $2.87 million as of July 31, up from $1.36 million at the end of June.

Scooter Store, a New Braunfels, Texas-based provider of power mobility products, filed for bankruptcy on April 15. Its Chapter 11 case number is 13-10904.
