RMH Franchise confirmation hearing rescheduled for Nov. 27, Nov. 28

Pittsburgh, Nov. 8 – RMH Franchise Holdings, Inc.’s plan of reorganization confirmation hearing has been rescheduled for Nov. 27 and Nov. 28, according to a notice filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The hearing was previously scheduled to begin on Nov. 19.

The notice did not give a reason for the postponement.

RMH is an Atlanta-based Applebee’s franchisee. The company filed for bankruptcy on May 8 under Chapter 11 case number 18-11092.
