Ronshine China plans offering of dollar-denominated notes

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 24 – Ronshine China Holdings Ltd. plans to conduct an international offering of dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a company notice.

The company has appointed Credit Suisse, BofA Merrill Lynch, Guotai Junan International, Haitong International, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Hong Kong Branch, Dongxing Securities (Hong Kong), Zhongtai International, Guosen Securities (HK), China Goldjoy Securities and CMBC Capital as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the proposed notes. Credit Suisse, BofA, Guotai Junan, Haitong and Shanghai Pudong will also act as joint global coordinators.

Proceeds from the Regulation S offering will be used to refinance existing debt.

Ronshine is a property developer based in Fuzhou, China.
