Ropes & Gray adds Czyzyk to business restructuring group in London

Olympia, Wash., June 1 – Ropes & Gray said it strengthened its European restructuring and special situations offering with the appointment of Matthew Czyzyk as a partner in its business restructuring group.

Czyzyk, a special situations and restructuring lawyer, will be based in London.

He has experience acting for a wide range of stakeholders, including debtors, banks and alternative capital providers. He has advised on transactions across the credit spectrum, including cross-border and domestic financial restructurings, lending transactions, and distressed and recovery situations.

Ropes & Gray is a global law firm based in Boston.
