Ryder System switches trustee for 13 series of notes

Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 8 – Ryder System, Inc. accepted the resignation of Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA as trustee, appointing U.S. Bank Trust Co., NA as successor, for 13 series of notes on Dec. 5, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The change, effective Dec. 18, will affect the following series of notes:

• $600 million 3.65% notes due 2024 (Cusip: 78355HKL2);

• $550 million 2.5% notes due 2024 (Cusip: 78355HKN8);

• $400 million 4.625% notes due 2025 (Cusip: 78355HKQ1);

• $400 million 3.35% notes due 2025 (Cusip: 78355HKR9);

• $300 million 1.75% notes due 2026 (Cusip: 78355HKS7);

• $400 million 2.9% notes due 2026 (Cusip: 78355HKP3);

• $450 million 2.85% notes due 2027 (Cusip: 78355HKT5);

• $300 million 4.3% notes due 2027 (Cusip: 78355HKU2);

• $500 million 5.65% notes due 2028 (Cusip: 78355HKV0);

• $650 million 5.25% notes due 2028 (Cusip: 78355HKW8);

• $400 million 6.3% notes due 2028 (Cusip: 78355HKX6);

• $600 million 6.6% notes due 2033 (Cusip: 78355HKY4); and

• $150 million 6.95% debentures due 2025 (CUSIP: 783549AZ1).

Except for the 6.95% debentures, which were issued under an indenture dated May 1, 1987, the notes were issued under an indenture dated Oct. 3, 2003.
