Ryder System intends to sell medium-term notes via five bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., May 5 – Ryder System, Inc. will price medium-term notes, according to a 424B3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will have a make-whole call until one month prior to maturity and then a par call.
BNP Paribas Securities Corp., BofA Securities Inc., Mizuho Securities USA Inc., RBC Capital Markets Corp. and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. are the bookrunners.
The notes will price and settle in May.
Ryder System is a Miami-based truck rental and fleet management company.
