New Issue: Russia's Ministry of Finance sells 11 billion rubles of bonds due 2021 at 6.90%

New York, March 16 - The Russian Finance Ministry sold 11 billion rubles of OFZ-AD bonds due Nov. 24, 2021 at a weighted average price of 110.1612.

The yield at the weighted average price was 6.90%.

The lowest bid accepted was 109.931 for a yield of 6.92%.

There was 18 billion rubles in orders.

Issuer: Russian Finance Ministry

Amount: 11 billion rubles

Issue: Domestic OFZ-AD bonds

Maturity: Nov. 24, 2021

Yield at average price:6.90%
