Atlanta, May 24 – Russia priced $1.75 billion 4¾% 10-year notes at par to yield mid-swaps plus 303 basis points on Tuesday, a market source said.
The notes (BB+/BBB-) were initially talked at a yield of 4.65% to 4.9%.
VTB Capital was the bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
The sovereign says the proceeds will not go to any sanctioned entities.
