New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $550,000 contingent coupon autocallables on indexes

By Marisa Wong

Los Angeles, Feb. 21 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $550,000 of contingent coupon autocallable yield notes due Aug. 16, 2021 linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index, the Dow Jones industrial average and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Each quarter, the notes will pay a contingent coupon at the rate of 7% per year if each index closes at or above its coupon barrier level, 70% of its initial level, on the related quarterly observation date.

After six months, the notes will be called at par plus the coupon if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any index closes below its knock-in level, 70% of its initial level, on any day during the life of the notes, in which case investors will be exposed to the decline of the least-performing index from its initial level.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
