India's Reliance Natural Resources board to mull convertible bond issue

New York, May 3 - Reliance Natural Resources Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board will consider an issue of foreign currency convertible bonds.

The Mumbai, India, gas-based energy company said the meeting will take place May 10.
