Moody’s assigns Baa3 to Radian notes
Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Baa3 rating to $625 million of 6.2% senior unsecured notes due 2029 to be issued by Radian Group Inc.
The rating aligns with those on Radian’s outstanding senior unsecured notes.
The proceeds are expected to be used to redeem $525 million of Radian's senior notes due 2025 and for general corporate purposes.
The outlook on Radian is unchanged at stable.
