By Sara Rosenberg

New York, Nov. 10 – Parts Town (PT Intermediate Holdings III LLC) allocated a $1.52 billion unitranche debt facility on Wednesday, according to a market source.

Golub Capital acted as the sole lead arranger, bookrunner and administrative agent on the deal.

Proceeds were used to refinance existing debt, support a minority equity investment from Leonard Green Partners and support a tuck-in acquisition. Berkshire Partners remains the company’s majority equity holder.

Parts Town is an Addison, Ill.-based OEM parts distributor and service provider to the foodservice equipment market.
