Russia’s MegaFon redeems series 05 bonds

New York, April 7 – PJSC MegaFon redeem all of its series 05 ruble-denominated bonds on April 6, according to an announcement from the company.

The redemption price was par.

Via its subsidiary LLC MegaFon Finance, MegaFon originally issued 10 million of the bonds in October 2012.

MegaFon is a Moscow-based telecommunications company.
