Pirelli to redeem €553 million 1.375% notes due 2023 on Oct. 25

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 22 – Pirelli & C. SpA will fully redeem all outstanding €553 million 1.375% notes due Jan. 25, 2023 (ISIN: XS1757843146) guaranteed by Pirelli Tyre SpA, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Oct. 25 at €1,000 per calculation amount, which is the optional redemption amount specified in the final terms.

The repurchased notes will be canceled.

The original issue size was €600 million.

The notes were issued under the company’s €2 billion euro medium-term note program.

Pirelli is a tire company based in Milan.
