PVH pricing $500 million 10-year senior notes Thursday

Portland, Ore., Dec. 6 - PVH Corp. plans to price a $500 million offering of 10-year senior notes (expected ratings Ba3/BB) Thursday, according to a syndicate source.

Barclays is the lead left bookrunner. Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and RBC Capital Markets are the joint bookrunners.

Credit Agricole CIB, HSBC, RBS Securities Inc., Scotia Capital, SMBC, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc., TD Securities and US Bancorp are the co-managers.

The notes, which are registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, come with five years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to help fund the cash portion of the acquisition of Warnaco Group Inc.

PVH is a Bridgewater, N.J.-based apparel company.
