Primary Energy to seek credit facility via CSFB

New York, July 29 - Primary Energy Holdings LLC is expected to come to market with a new credit facility with Credit Suisse First Boston as sole lead arranger and bookrunner, according to a syndicate document.

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for acquisition financing.

All other details, such as structure, pricing and timing, are to be determined, the document added.

Primary Energy is an Oak Brook, Ill., developer, owner and operator of recycling energy projects for industrial, commercial and institutional customers.
