New Issue: India’s Power Finance sells $750 million of 3.95% notes

Chicago, Jan. 23 – Power Finance Corp. Ltd. issued $750 million of new 3.95% notes (//BBB-) due 2030, according to a notice.

Barclays, MUFG Securities Asia Ltd. and Standard Chartered Bank were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The company, which provides financing for electrical power, is based in New Delhi.
