Moody’s changes Plains All American view to positive

Moody's Investors Service said it changed Plains All American Pipeline, LP's outlook to stable from positive.

The agency also affirmed Plains All American’s Baa2 senior unsecured rating.

"The change in Plains All American's outlook to stable reflects the elevated leverage profile with expected debt/EBITDA of 4.8x in 2015 which is the result of slowing EBITDA growth in 2015 and a large capital expenditure program building out PAA's asset base," Moody's senior vice president Terry Marshall said in a news release.
