New Issue: Pinnacle Health System, Pa., prices $105.37 million of revenue bonds

New York, June 2 – The Dauphin County General Authority of Pennsylvania sold $105.37 million of series 2016A revenue bonds for the Pinnacle Health System, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (/A+/) were sold through senior manager Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.
The bonds are due 2017 to 2036 with 3% to 5% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to finance capital projects for the health system.
