Peri-Werk Artur talks €225 million: seven-year fixed at 5 5/8%-5 7/8%, five-year floater at Euribor plus 175-200 bps

St. Louis, Dec. 2 - Price talk emerged Thursday on Peri-Werk Artur GmbH's €225 million of bonds that are offered in two bullet tranches (Ba3/BB), according to a market source.

The Weisenhorn, Germany-based construction company is selling seven-year senior fixed-rate notes that are talked to yield 5 5/8% to 5 7/8%. The company also is offering five-year senior floating-rate notes talked at Euribor plus 175 to 200 basis points.

Deutsche Bank Securities and Goldman Sachs & Co. are joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt and for general corporate purposes.
