MYCA Master Fund invests in Pediatric Services of America

Charlotte, N.C., May 7 - Pediatric Services of America, Inc. investor MYCA Master Fund, Ltd. purchased 92,000 shares of the company's stock between Feb. 27 and May 4 priced from $12.98 to $15.84, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The shareholder beneficially owns 425,000 shares, or 5.6%, of the Norcross, Ga., health care company's outstanding stock, purchased for $5,681,570.48, including brokerage commissions.
