PartnerRe's 5.875% series F preferreds admitted to trading on NYSE

Minneapolis, Feb. 19 - PartnerRe Ltd.'s 5.875% series F noncumulative redeemable preferred shares have been admitted to trading on the New York Stock Exchange, according to a notice.

The preferreds trade under the symbol "PRE PR F."

The company priced an upsized $250 million of the preferreds on Feb. 11.

Joint bookrunners are UBS Securities LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

As reported, proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the redemption of all outstanding series C preferreds.

PartnerRe is a Pembroke, Bermuda-based reinsurance company.
