Columbus, Ohio, March 17 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.7 million of 0% Strategic Accelerated Redemption Securities due March 27, 2020 linked to the NYSE Arca Gold Miners index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called at par of $10 plus an annualized call premium of 19.75% if the index closes at or above its initial level on any of three annual review dates.
If the notes are not called, investors will be exposed to any index losses.
BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.
